This trek offers the availability of lodges and easy access to the highland region of the Himalayas within a limited time.
The Dhulagiri Ice Fall trek is one of the popular trekking routes in the Annapurna Region, trails take you along the Kali Gandaki to Muktinath get way to Mustang, which is known as the Himalayan Shangri-la. Beginning the trek from Nayapul(1010m.) after a short drive about 1:30 hours from Pokhara, the trail ascends to the Ulleri village, till Ghorepani, which is a great spot for panoramic mountain views and sun Rise. After descending the trail pass through the Natural Hot Spring, Beautiful waterfalls, Kali Gandaki Valley, the deepest Gorge in the world, the wide valley of Jomsom, windy Tibetan Plateau. Muktinath trek offers superb views of two Great Himalayan ranges, the Annapurna and the Dhaulagiri range. This trek is famous for the holy Hindus as well as the Buddhist pilgrimage site of Muktinath (3810m). The sacred Temple has 108 waterfalls that resemble water flowing from taps and mysterious natural gas fires that boggle the mind. In Muktinath, you see Tibetan traders and sadhus (holy men) from as far away as the south of India. This trek you will enjoy the natural splendors as well as the unique culture.
