Annapurna Base Camp trek can easily be done in all seasons, however, in the winter the Base Camp is sometimes a bit harder due to the level of snow. In the spring the huge rhododendron forests in full bloom can be admired. A ten-day trek through the remote and imposing mountains of the Annapurna Range through the challenging trails will recompense you with a stunning combination of towering peaks and dramatic villages of different ethnic groups of Nepal. At 8091 meters, Annapurna I and Its surrounding mountains such as Annapurna South, Himchuli, Annapurna Fang, Singu Chuli, Tent Peak, Annapurna III, Gangapurna, and Fishtail impose and create magnificent panoramas. This trek covers a wide variety of terrain, from lowland pastures to powerful glaciers and stunning mountains. In the rugged mountain scenery staying in the mountains and meeting friendly Nepali hill people makes the trek not only outstanding but also provides a chance to learn about local culture and tradition. With average walking hours of 5-7 a day on steep terrain a very good level of fitness allows you to experience nature without major issues associated with high altitude.
